At Fenrir Jewelry, we are committed to customer satisfaction, which is why we offer a 1-year guarantee on all our pieces. If your product shows signs of damage, wear, or fading within the first year under normal use, you are eligible for a one-time replacement of the item at no additional cost.

The 1-year guarantee does not cover tarnishing resulting from misuse, exposure to chemicals, or any wear beyond typical use within the first 90 days from the purchase date.

To submit a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase, such as your order number and relevant order information, and email info@fenrirjewelry.com with photographs of the item and a brief description of the issue.

Please note that this guarantee is voided for issues arising from user damage, such as scratches, accidental breakage, exposure to water or chemicals (e.g., lotions or cologne), or for lost or stolen items. If your item is no longer in stock, we will gladly offer an exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value.
